Rough Draft - Digipak

Inspirational Album Covers:

- Here are some album designs that we find inspirational/interesting that would could use for our own digipak.
- Some of the features our like are;
- The focal point of the artwork is very central, so your eye is drawn to in instantly.
- The fact that the majority of them are graphics as opposed to photographs i find very appealing.
- The typography is very simple, and is also not the main focus point of the cover - it is often located in the top left corner.

- Above are some rough hand drawn designs that we have created for our digipak. We have chosen to keep our digipak relatively simple in terms of artwork as we believe this suits our chosen genre well. We have also taken inspiration from the artwork above when creating our designs, incorporating the 'central image' design seen on many of the front covers. The text is often quite 'edgy' yet simple, standing out amongst the image.
